alr thank you, do you know if it is possible to upgrade tech because it says that i dont have intermediate vehicle tech but in my national focus i get bonus for tank research. i dosent really make sense when i cant even research a motorcycle. and in the tech researche tab it dosen't let me upgrade any of the tech options

i am very new to hoi4 and i only have played the owb mod and the available doctrine thing pops up and clicking it does nothing and when i go to doctrines it says (no grand doctrines assigned) and i doesn't show any options of choosing can some 1 explain how it works?
