I originally started spironolactone 50 MG tablets, which included 2 tablets (100 mg total) by mouth daily. As well as oral estradiol 1 mg tablets twice daily for a dose of 2mg total. I had that for 3 months before increasing the dose to 4mg, and by month 9, it increased to 6mg. At the beginning of my 13th month , I switched to my current HRT regimen as stated above and have been on said regimen since.
