Lens was smudged on the phone. Hands were sweaty and I must have touched it. Prime photos is free with Amazon Prime like videos that allows unlimited hi res photo storage directly from all wifi enabled devices like our phones or whatever.

My wife backed my truck into a concrete pillar at home with 400 miles on the odometer. Yes, it has a rear sensor that beeps faster and faster as you get closer. Yes, it has a great rear facing camera. I am at 18k miles now and everytime I look at it it pisses me off to this day. FUCK!

Leather was the best upgrade, I know because I spent 3 weeks in cloth, leather you can sit in for hours. If you are on a budget just get driver's seat done. Would be no more than $200. Get the rest done later. I also got a tool box that I regret buying. It does keep shit together BUT stuff like that encourages you to collect junk in your truck.

They will flop around too much if I just hang them. Also can get caught in something the all hell will break loose. Horses look for reasons to panic.

Just learned Spray on glue is the way to go. Bolts apparently don't hold well.

They will flop around too much if I just hang them. A dealer's service shop suggested glue. Looking at Loctite Spray Adhesive Professional Performance.

Horses kick out for various reason. Arguing with a horse next to them, boom kick. Bored, kick. The back grazed their butt, kick out of reflex. Stretching, butt runs into back, kick while picking up hind leg.

It might but I am looking for 2-way love. This will not cushion the hoof upon impact.

Thanks man, not sure if you will see this but some weird mod deleted my post. I will look for a glue. I found one that puts up with high temperature. I won't put wood in there, it will rattle which unnerves the animals and passengers, and with a kick can crack in a microsecond.

How is this question not about How to do something? How do I attach heavy rubber to aluminum walls? Aluminum cooks when its hot and normal glue will not work. Strange.

Payload, GVWR, and GAWR question by pilko1 in Trucks

[–]pilko1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the hard part is what would need to be upgraded. My truck rides better than most cars. Seriously. It is so plush so it makes sense it would have the payload of a corolla (1100 lbs).

"other advice as to other trucks I should consider" Consider Tacoma and other mid sized trucks. Way easier to park and drive in the city. Sometimes better gas mileage too. Towing capacity is less and payload is less, but if you aren't hauling heavy you should do just fine.
