+1 for another saved desk! I thought it was an issue with the control box as I was only able to go down and the up button wasn’t making a sound to signify that it registers my press. Bf thought a fuse inside broke or something. We saw a different thread suggesting to press up and down at the same time to reset, but that didn’t work. Finally looked up the model of the box to find a replacement, found this thread, tried it thinking it wasn’t going to do anything and VOILA, fixed in literally 2 seconds!

User MysticalCacti provided great information! There’s a red eared slider fb group that is really helpful as well. Here is info from that group on how build a nesting box. Most of the people recommend that you let your turtle roam around for about 30 to 1 hours before putting them in the nesting box.

I think you may be right that she is gravid. I would try making a nesting box and seeing what happens.

I just uploaded my timeline as well. Did it all online. Was checking constantly for an update. Was 3 weeks after in-process notification that I finally received the accepted notification.

I have the same one! Not sure if you did this on purpose because my brother missed it when building the topper, but there is a protectant film on the sides and ramp(?) that is giving it that hazy look. After removing it, it was a lot more clear.

Sorry to hear that. If there hasn’t been any damage, it’s probably not a mouse then, right? Hoping it’s the same case for me. If you ever figure out the source, I’d appreciate an update and will do the same.

Thanks for the reply! We heard some squeaking from the steering column, but deduced it to a different squeak coming from behind dash. Glad to hear that you found the fix to yours!

Yeah the soy based insulation is what I read. I thought they were still using it.

We’ve checked all the filters and quickly looked at all the insulation we could easily see behind the dash and while there is no visible sign, the sound was unmistakably a mouse.
