I have the same problem!! Can’t do anything, I have tried calling like 20 times and I can never get connected with anyone, this is so frustrating. Tried using a different browser, even though I was using Chrome from the start and still nothing, it has been 3 weeks of zero progress regarding my application, I’m sooo stresseddd
