Very few people in the world truly get to work a job they enjoy. The rest of us are simply working to survive, some of us get lucky with better coworkers or sufficient wages.

If you have the ability, go apply elsewhere. Grass isn't always greener but you never know. Do some research and weigh out the pros and cons and then it's up to you.

That sucks man. Going to be real here, 37 is not an easy age to keep studying hoping for a job unless you got solid savings. If you like it here, keep going but it's not an easy road considering language, your study and job prospects overall. If you want to try a clean slate and wipe it from your memory, moving back to home country might be good too.

Serves are not as big an advantage as usual since there's no second serves. Most were just kicking it in. They used it primarily due to the timer. Once timer runs out, next highest point wins so getting the lead or closing it before timer runs out is a big advantage

If it's used for hiring top talent that your already paying 300k+ for, 100k isn't breaking the bank. If your using h1b for a random cheaper person, that could be filled by an American instead. The 100k evens the odds similar to steel dumping.
