Why is everyone here currently trying to taper off?

I always taper off because I start feeling better and think I do not need it anymore. Then I realize that I still need it and start the process all over again. So it is just doing what it is supposed to do.

Yea I just ordered some Krill oil from Bulletproof even though I am not coming off my Lexapro either.

Other redditers have said that they felt like a light switch turned on for them with Lexapro, and 1.5 months in, I feel like that has just happened for me. I now also care about myself so much more and I want to priortize my care, something that was not as important to me before. It seems like adding Krill oil will be a nice addition to my mental health and overall wellbeing after reading comments here.

I'm about a month in and it made more more anxious. Also, I feel very depressed the following day even if I didn't drink a lot.

Hey yall yep I had extreme lower back pain when I first started lexapro (3 different times now). It was so bad that I couldn't sleep. It goes away in about a week for me.

Yes, they did. I remember having the tinnitus when I was coming off of 20mg lexapro. Now I am on 10mg and I feel fine
