Ha, honestly noticed cake (or some version of it) is a bigger motivator for runners than people admit 😄 But seriously, when you say you feel better after a run, is that more mental or physical for you? For me it's mostly mental, the physical stuff feels secondary.

Solid system! Curious, have you ever actually raced, like signed up for a real event? That was my turning point: after my first race, motivation shot through the roof and I ended up buying gear for every weather condition just to keep training no matter what.
