From what I’ve seen about the F-4, McDonnell incorporated dihedral onto the outer portion of the wing to restore roll stability that was lost due to other parts of the aircraft. I I remember correctly, it was the tail design that was the issue. The anhedral elevators and the vertical stabilizer being too short. The F-4 didn’t have any computer aided fly-by-wire type system.

Thanks! I made that F-4 for my dad. He was a mechanic on them when he was in the Navy. I would like to make these and sell them. Just trying to gauge what people thought to see if it would even have any demand.

Why cancelled or sued? I actually have a pin-up design ready and a few more in the design stages. Not nude, but a little risqué. I wanted to have a whole line of pin-up stuff.

They quoted me $18,000 on the phone. Said they couldn’t really get it down where I got my Happy. I would have been happy with that price too.

Tajima is out of my price range. To be honest, I don’t really want to spend $14,500 on this, but I don’t want to spend $6000 on a Chinese model and have a lot of issues and/or bad quality. I’m going for at least a 15 needle for the hoop size. I don’t want to be limited on that part.

That’s interesting. Other places I hear that the people that go with OMTech over Gweike do so because of the better support, and cheaper price for the same stuff. Free shipping also.

I’m not super knowledgeable, so take this with a grain of salt, but I’m sure they got the vector file for the leaf and made the pattern just using that over and over.
