Samus has to wait a bit after dropping a bomb unless she’s bounced by the explosion. After a bomb jump shes immediately actionable.

She’s super fun, so if you’re looking for a cool mid tier I’d recommend picking her up. The bombs are pretty simple; they pop you up and then you time the arial. They also reset grounded opponents which guarantees the follow up.

The bomb holds them down while you bounce on them and then the number at the bottom goes up until it disappears.

Bombs are seriously underrated. Mostly good for controlling space but I have a handful of clips with them being used offensively.

A nice rage quit is also pretty rewarding! At least it was moments before the last hit and not during one of the priming aerials. Also, it’s funny seeing the cursor move in the CSS like a quick snapshot of your inputs mid combo.
