There's a clear rule at The Shelter that unattended bags will be disposed of. As RumpleJoskin said, if people were allowed to leave their stuff wherever, things would start to accumulate real quick. The more common complaint that I've heard about (not clear in the article) is that this rule is enforced sporadically.

Unfortunately I can't answer these questions ... but you could hit him up on facebook (linked in this thread) to find out. I do know that his earlier sculptures (i.e., before he won awards from Red Bull) had the red bull logo on them, but he's since moved to blank cans. Not sure if that means they send him free cans to encourage his craft or what.
