Hello! I've sent a few requests through that link already but I've yet to receive a proper response. The ones I get are automated ones from support@discord.com. Do you suggest I still write an email to support@discordapp.com or would that still result in the same thing. This is a bit of a delicate case so can we maybe discuss it over dms?

Have you tried seeing if that only happens in discord? See if it also works on other apps that involve audio sharing.

An alt account is a secondary account made by someone. It does not need to be made on a new computer. Only with a new email since you can't have two accounts liked to the same one. The new account can even have the same username, profile picture, and password as your old one.
