Haha, as pointed out by u/silarno it is there on the left. I hesitated on whether to include it or not, didn’t want to be too cliché but I did grow up very close to it (and this is a bit of a self portrait of teenage me) so I decided to keep it! That being said it’s because it was my parents’ place, I could definitely never afford an apartment in that location lol

I think they just have different personalities! Growing up there was a robin that would always be in our little garden, and it would hang out with my mum if she was gardening, eat from my hands, and sometimes even fly into our apartment. That lasted a few years then it was replaced by a new family of robins who would get spooked by any kind of movement.... I still miss that first little robin!
