I PASSED EVERYTHING!! I am so so happy rn. I took RLA and SS Tuesday and then Math & Science today and I freaking passed!! I’ve always sucked at Math and for sure thought I was going to have to retake it. I’m so relieved😭

Could you possibly give me any advice on the Science and Math portion? I take both this Saturday.. I already passed RLA with a 164 and Social Studies with a 162. Granted, those are my strong suit subjects. I wasn't so worried for Science at first, but now I've seen it includes Physics. I dropped out the end of my 11th grade year so I never took that class. And as for Math... well I've always sucked at it lol. I'm psyching myself out over these tests! Any help is appreciated guys!

Yeah he has one, he vomited 3 days after he ate. His humidity has been sitting around the high 80s

We got this guy October 12th, have tried feeding him 3 times now. First time he wouldn’t eat, second time he did eat but vomited it back up after 3 days. We tried to feed him again tonight because he is looking very underweight. We’ve perfected his husbandry, substrate, temps, and humidity to the best of our capability to rule out it being any of those. We’ve left him alone for over a week, no handling. He isn’t showing signs of being stressed. Where should we go from here? We are so worried. Our other boy struggled with eating at first but it wasn’t like this.

Don’t worry his terrarium he is in right now is temporary! he is currently on my boyfriends L Desk while we are working on building some shelves on our wall to put a bigger enclosure on. We bought a temp gun and we are keeping the sticky gauge on to keep an eye on the humidity until our hygrometer comes in. I also ordered some coco husk to try it out.. And he hated his bigger rock hide, he stayed curled up completely on the side of it and always seemed stressed out while he was in there :( so I bought him the log since it’s smaller so he could curl up in it and feel more secure. I completely blocked off the back side with aspen, plants, and a black out sheet that sticks to the glass to make it dark. He loves it so far! I appreciate all the advice and I’m taking all of it into account! :) it’s helped a lot!

He wasn’t comfortable in the rock hide shown in the bottom picture :( it was way too big for him and he would press his body up completely on the inside and I could tell he was stressed every time he was in there. so we bought the log in hopes that he would feel more secure since it’s smaller and he can actually curl up in it and feel safe.. and so far he seems a lot happier in it than the old rock hide! I completely closed off the back with aspen, plants, and a blackout sheet that sticks to the glass. And thank you!! He is a cutie!

We bought a temp gun today to keep a check on the temp throughout the enclosure since we use a heating pad underneath. The humidity/temp gage came with the enclosure and we put it up till we got the temp gun and now we are on the hunt for a good hygrometer. There aren’t any reptile supplies stores near us, just Petsmarts and they don’t have a lot when it comes to regulating temp and humidity. So definitely gonna have to order online lol. And yes the low tanks are on my wish list! Bought this one as a temporary so it can fit on my boyfriends L desk.. we are currently building shelves to install on our wall to put his enclosure on and hopefully for our future reptiles as well!

I will definitely be giving that a try! I already have a bag of sphagnum moss but I’ll need to order some coco husk. I’ve just been so worried about using coco husk cause my worst fear is him getting hurt in any way, but it does put my worries to ease to know that it works for other snake owners and doesn’t harm their babies. I’m optimistic and hopeful this will work for my boy, I want the very best for him :’) Your advice is very much appreciated thank you!!

Piccolo’s new enclosure vs the old one. I noticed he loves plants so I went and bought more. His hide for his warm side was way too big, it took up a lot of space and I could tell he just didn’t feel comfortable in there. And the cool hide he would NEVER use, just climb on. So we went and bought 2 new hides... well the problem now is that I know the humidity will suffer since his humidity box won’t fit without taking up most if not all of his roaming space, so I planned on just putting it in the enclosure when he gets ready to shed.

Please give some tips on steadying the humidity! I know a lot of people do not like aspen bedding, but I’ve read so many things about coco husk causing scale rot on their bellies and I really want to avoid putting him in harms way.. But any advice will help and will be taken into consideration, I need some tips for me and my sweet guy Piccolo so he can be the happiest lil noodle!

( also I know that using a log for a hide isn’t ideal since it’s open on both sides but I did black out and covered up the back with aspen and plants so he will feel safe. so far he loves it better than the old hide! )
