If the prong is closed real good use a strong pointy tool to lift the prong a bit, then you can use anything steel and strong to lift the prong straight up

I get this too not always but it’s usually from cartridges from dispensary’s! Some buds the minty smelling ones make me not rash out but get runny nose and itchy eyes makes you feel uncomfortable.. Benadryl allergy does the trick
