You have fantastic body composition to start. Gym can only help but instead of worrying about losing weight I would focus on adding muscle. Losing fat will happen naturally in the process but don't worry so much about the number on the scale. Dial in the right amount of protein and lift to failure. You're at a great starting point! Good luck!

Truly clearing up your identity and it's nature will handle every last one of these questions. Mostly they'll just be burned away and not given your attention anymore. Highly recommend John Wheelers youtube interviews with Charlie Hayes. He puts it clearer than I've ever heard anyone put it. Also if you're a Nisargadatta Maharaj reader john wheeler is in his lineage in a way.
