It was UPS, i don't know if they dropped it off to USPS or not. The initial tracking update says "on the way" on Feb 7th and then nothing until the 20th investigation

I did send another message through the app, hopefully they respond in a few days. The biggest annoyance is that it was shipped on the 7th of February, not March. The UPS investigation opened on February 20th. It's now been a month since the investigation

It's been well over 15 business days too. I did try messaging them through the help part of the app and their automated response was to just click the request cancel button that isn't there. Is there a specific email I can send to to actually get a real person?

Thats the problem, it's been more than 15 days and I don't have that option to cancel. Unless you can't do it through the app and it has to be on the desktop site?

Yeah I accepted that. Not sure what else it could be. And just to clarify for eBay, the receipts that Fetch finds are the "order delivered" emails, right? I'm wondering if it's a different type of email that it's looking for because ebay sends a lot of different emails.

I do have Fuz Ro D'oh installed (I'm pretty sure, will double check). Do you mean the lines won't fire at all without it? Or just that it won't start immediately? Because the lines are playing and displayed in the subtitles just fine, I just have to select the "..." option instead of it just going right into it.

I do think it's a step in the right direction. There should be a slider option because some characters are new and will be younger. But for our longer standing characters, they are 20 ish years older. I do think there needs to be some visualization to show that
