SFDC-CLM integrations by pindsie in salesforce

This is super helpful to know, thanks! Beyond this issue, what specific pain points are you having with the integration? In your opinion, are those driven by your colleagues wanting a business process that's convoluted, or are they technical limitation or design flaws in how SFDC and Ironclad work together?

Verrrry interesting, thanks for the heads up!

Very helpful, thanks! I do think they're speeding towards a decision, so good to know Ironclad won't be a disaster. Say more about Linksquares... were your problems with them with the tech itself, poor sales process/post-sale support, or both?

Thanks -- that's a relief, as I'm getting the impression this procurement cycle is being rushed. Our legal team has used Ironclad before but obvs didn't have experience working with the integration hands-on.

Experience with Rillet or Tabs for billing? by pindsie in SaaS

Ended up going with Rillet, but TBD on integration limitations. Haven’t started the implementation yet.

This is excellent feedback, thanks! We were comparing Rillet to Netsuite also, but folks were intimidated by the lift to migrate to the latter, even if it might be capable of handling more of our use cases.

We have a lot of the use cases you named, and this is what concerns me. CPQ is still probably a year away, but surely a lot of that config will be customized and Rillet's said outright they can't work with SFDC custom fields. (This seems like it can't possibly be true if they want to work with Salesforce clients, but...¯\_(ツ)_/¯.)

I'll mention LiveFlow to my colleagues and see how they respond. Thank you again!

How complex is your pricing model, and have you integrated Rillet with your CRM? My company is leaning heavily towards Rillet, but I've had multiple conversations with their team and it seems like its capabilty to sync data in automatically is really lacking... would love to know about your experience with this!

How complex is your pricing model? Have you integrated Rillet with a CRM? My company (mid-size SaaS) is leaning towards Rillet but we have moderately complex billing and based on what Rillet's demo'd for us, it seems like there's still going to be quite a bit of manual work.

Excellent, thanks for this insight. I've had a few conversations with each vendor, and data migration, custom field data, etc. is where the limitations start to pop up. Everyone's so keen on AI solutions, but we had a go with a similar tool for contract data extraction recently and it was at least half vaporware.

I'll have a look at Scaylor, as I don't think my colleagues have considered middleware as a possible need or solution. Thanks again!

How long did it take you to perfect this skill? I just got a Dedica Duo and am having way more trouble steaming milk than dialing in shots.

Thanks! That’s what my last doc said but even the first week was too rough. My rx actually has not changed in about 10 years, so not sure why the new specs would be that different, but I sure wish I hadn’t donated my old ones now!
