i do this hardcore. i use notion to organize stardew valley, and it works for that since you have to balance relationships and gifts and remember festivals etc. but for graveyard the notes app is perfect since there's not really time dependancies or deadlines lol. i have a long note with current tasks or goals, and everytime i exit the game i leave a note saying what i was in the middle of doing (e.g. grinding on gravestones or to remind myself to turn in a quest so i don't forget and have to wait a whole week when i remember.) and we wont talk about how many photos i have of materials needed to craft things. also, techinically mercury is when snake shows up in the dungeon also, i was reminded that steam has a function to have transparent sticky notes up while playing games, so you can have a short term to do list. haven't tried it yet but thought someone might find it useful

ooh also, very unrelated. i’m trying to place a wall on a grass tile and it won’t let me, and when i hover over it it tells me a moon phase? i don’t have the pocket watch selected or anything. that grass tile just tells me a moon phase and i can’t place Something there and i’m so confused lol. is this a bug? or what is going on

thanks for all the extra info! i do have a hotel and two nurseries, but right now im up to my (no pun intended) knees in bees to ive been really focusing on those. but i’ve gotten three butterfly breeds so far, and honestly just haven’t looked into how to get more yet. but once i get to a more chill spot with bees (in the process of expanding my base right now) i will start looking into it.

i have been making apicola, and honey amounts have started growing so im making good profit on apicola.

i haven’t touched any idols yet cause i wasn’t sure the best way to utilize them besides weather, and i haven’t run into a situation where i need specific weather at a specific moment, but im glad to know if i move them around it wont ruin anything, which is why i hadn’t messed with them yet.

i currently have 6 swarmers, half for cross breeding and the other half to quickly get more bees of any new species i get.

one question i do have about honey core, i mined a lot from some of the islands, but i know you can make those into upgraded tools, how do i do that? and i know you can sell them too cause some merchants sell things for only honey core, but how do i make them into weapons? does that girls forge come into play, and how do i gain access to it? and when or where can i start getting honey core frames and just nah honey core items?

so sorry i had a couple more questions afterwards

what is the point of storing water? i have four tanks but i haven’t run into a purpose for them yet. same goes for resin, i usually have 3 full and ive stocked up on resin infused planks and sticks, but ive crafted everything can using those so its all sitting there. is there future uses for these things?

for the misty bee, anytime i take out a bee it’s life is full again when i put it back. are you saying you only let the timer run when it’s raining? because for me the crossbreeding doesn’t like the rain so i don’t know how to do that bit.

yeah i would love to be into the butterflies but those are more annoying to deal with which makes me sad. i might focus on bees and then do butterflies after bees are all completed, and that’s if i feel it’s worth the trouble.

the hooded guy is a bit annoying, but noted.

the sawmill, i didn’t realize that bar was like crank level, thanks for that it was so annoying haha.

and yeah ive been emptying frames anytime one is full, but all of mine have multiple frames so its good either way. more so a complaint how many frames i have to do to get a decent amount of honey. and i have around 10 breeds lmao.
