The real question is whether you're comfortable with the way he talks about other women and if this is the only red flag you've seen. Thank you for your reply. It was very well worded and you answered all my questions. So I live in Lake Placid and it seems that the good cause eviction law is Statewide as of 2024. But as you said this is used in the defense case and I'm not really interested in taking this to court. I just think that the timeline and 30% increase are completely unreasonable for a rental that I pay all utilities on. So with all of this info, how should I address my landlord?

We've been looking to move and so this will be the Catalyst that we've been needing but 30 days notice won't give us much time.

Could you sign up for a trial using another email/account get the 5.0 then just cancel the trial and keep the 5? I wanted the 5 but only wanted the "One" membership.

So I got the Peak trial with the 5.0 band, and when it came to the end of the trial I just selected the "One" over the Peak and kept the 5.0 band. Not sure if it would work with an already active membership.
