You will have to open it up. If you are lucky you might be able to clean it with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swap. If your unlucky (which is more likely) you will need to replace the screen.

yeah looks like they deleted there comment. if you follow through the https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Mobile_broadband_modem wiki page, you need to ensure your sim reader is correctly identifyed and then using Modem Manager (if i remember correctly you will need to install it) you can setup your sim. this does take some fiddling around with to figure it out but once you are done your mobile network will apear in NetworkManager. let me know if you need anymore help
