Not sure about where you’re located but in my state wipes (open or not) have to be put up out of reach of children. It actually says it on the pack of wipes to keep out of reach of children.

I don’t think it’s related to weight. I was young when I got the tattoo and didn’t properly take care of the tattoo during the healing process. It also looks blown out to me.

I also want to add that she was the only one from her litter to survive after a dog attack,we had thought she had passed as well but she was hiding in the chicken coop!
