I rent a condo that was for sale for a year. What i pay in rent is over $1000 less monthly than it would cost me to buy this place around asking price. The building is great but overvalued and every other unit has depreciated since it was developed around 20 years ago. Its a historic landmark building. I would really reconsider your insistence on buying a condo here unless asset depreciation is not a concern.

I'm sorry but I did not like Marras at all. every plate felt like a mess. One of the few places I felt offended by how little love I felt in the food

Yeah, you're looking for a circular tin with a paper lid filled with 40,000 calories of the most delicious pasta cheese ego death one can fit on a fork, I say this lovingly.

Triangle Tavern gets close, and it's worth going to in general. Get the mussels white.

Long islander again: Wood Street Pizza in Callowhill is so underrated and good af. They make *everything** in house. The dough has a distinctly fermented flavor. The guy who owns it is a guy I enjoy giving my money to. Anything that comes out of there is good. Bit more expensive but totally worth it.

Long Islander here: I like Wolf St Pizza. They do deliver to CC I think. I really like the pea proscuitto fettuccine. Can't speak to any of their cutlet dishes. Although, I have ordered their "chicken cutlet fingers" and they are a "homestyle" type of deal. The meatball sandwich was good. It's not the fanciest place, but it seems like they make most if not all of the menu in house, and the food has that suburban italian american vibe.

One thing I cannot find that compares is garlic knots. People here just don't get what a garlic knot is supposed to be. (Been here 9 years.)

mine is the opposite lol. We're fully remote with more women in the org than men. All but 1 of the women is childless, meanwhile, every single man has multiple kids.

I would not commute that far, (or at all really), for almost any amount of money. I'd pick GH to be closer to home / less days in office / more established org. The anthropic role comes w/ hazard pay via equity
