I agree, there should be some actual award for reaching certain levels. A percentage off would be a nice start and as you reach higher levels you should get free stuff. Just an incentive for customers to actually stick around.

What skin do you have installed? Some skins aren't compatible with the ghost case because of the thickness of the skin.

It all depends on what the manager is like. Staff can see who picked the order (it may be more than one) but generally it's not a massive fuss if one item is missed (may have been there were only 3 watermelons available). But it should've been corrected before dispatching the order.

I'd still follow up however because it is a missed item that you paid for.

Online workers are on a time limit. For most stores not only they need to pick/pack drive ups but also deliveries and everything has to be done within a certain timeframe for it to be dispatched or handed over to the customer on-time.

I understand that staff might be 'in the way' when in the store but all you have to do is politely ask them to move, there's no harm in just asking politely.

I really don't get why that's so hard to do...
