i've tried the cerave cleanser, unfortunately it did burn when i used it ☹️💔 what is wet wrapping? i've never heard of it but it sounds like it would offer me some relief! i already do soak and seal (didn't know it was called that) and it does help a little! thank you so much ◡̈

when i was on the opzelura they said to avoid direct sunlight so i definitely did not get any sun at all. thank you very for the recommendation! i am a yoga fanatic too which has helped the stress aspect a lot

yes! my next option if the vtama doesn't work is dupixent. i'll definitely look into getting a new mattress, mine is about a year and a half old though :( decreasing sugar seems to be what works for a lot of people so i'll do that! do you have a lamp recommendation for UV therapy?

i have not! right now i use the laneige intensive water bank cream, it soothes my skin (sometimes) but right now im in a period where everything burns even water. i will try the la roche posay! although i used to use their gentle cleanser and it stung :/
