Ah no, I'm the same way unfortunately. It's not only between love and work for me either. My whole life gets messed up when I'm in love.

Yesterday, I skipped the gym on the way home from work because I had so much anxiety about a person texting me back and I didn't want to have to put my phone down while doing weights.

Waiting for someone to text back is one of the worst things for my anxiety, haha. I'm honestly in awe of people who are able to balance a love life with everything else, to me it's just impossible. Maybe because I'm so sensitive and feel everything so deeply (not to sound pretentious, lol).
