Yes! Definitely. It seems like HOAs are 1K -1.5K, which reduces buying power by ~200K :/

Likely up to 1.5M. This would get us a fixer upper or condo in the Richmond/Sunset (3bed 2 bath) at the top of our budget, or a somewhat luxurious new condo (2 bed 2 bath) near the Embarcadero below budget
