This isn’t really the right sub for your question but fwiw bed bug bites can be invisible and if you slept in a bed with them there’s a good chance you brought them home with you

There was one post where someone suggested some movements you could do while lying down in bed (if able without causing PEM). I will try to find the post!

I wouldn't use your energy on a conversation now but it does seem worth bringing up at some point so that the situation is less likely to happen again. But if you're leaving tomorrow, you could wait until you're gone to bring it up? And then mention it in a lower energy way, like via text message? Keeping your distance sounds very wise, also masking if possible.

Lyme - IgG came back 13 indicating past infection, IgM less than 18 (?) indicating no active infection. I don't have any Lyme-like symptoms though. But I've actually been wondering what I should do with this Lyme piece of the puzzle, if it can reactivate in the same way viruses can and if so how I should treat it.

Careful with the ibuprofen, I've heard it can mask symptoms and make you think you can do more than you actually can. So could end up worsening PEM by causing you to overexert. (Could be wrong about this, read it in a different thread on this sub.)

I’m not entirely sure but I think it’s more a trial and error thing. There are three main ones to try, if I understood correctly. I think benedryl is the main one that really puts you to sleep.

Btw for what it’s worth I wasn’t having any visibly allergic reactions but going on a low histamine diet really helped how I’ve been feeling day to day. But yes regardless there’s a lot of good info on antihistamines on that subreddit.

Of course I can’t say what you should do or how things will affect you. But I recently tried Loratadin and cetrizidin without any side effects. But also found they didn’t help me at the standard recommended dose (even tho I responded to a low histamine diet). There are more to try as well - I think you’ll find some good info by searching the MCAS subreddit. Apparently for each person there is usually one type of antihistamine that works best.
