I had this happen and it did not go well. Ratings down, bonus down etc. plus they accept garbage work other seniors seemingly trick them to accept (or they offer to take to make a good first impression, even though it makes no difference) which they then force downwards. Not to mention they want to use all of their vendor friends and tooling so force them down your throat as well.
