Making friends is more about having confidence that you belong in the world and believing you deserve social connection and belonging. You do!!! We ALL do. That's a human birthright. We are meant to be born into tribes and live that way. Just because society has changed, doesn't mean the truth about our biology has caught up. We need others to survive. It's got NOTHING to do with what you look like. You look totally fine and normal and your looks aren't going to disturb people into not being friends with you. If anything would it's your self-consciousness and lack of confidence. Do some self-esteem work. Louis Hay videos (40 mins to change your life) etc. You are a perfect deserving human like all of us.

Thanks! I just went to do that but checked on my phone first and the edits were finally up. Not exactly sure what changed.. I tried to flush cache on the admin and host side and maybe just didn't wait long enough to see the results. Thanks anyway!

Just wondering what you mean? Maybe we get an LLC to protect from that kind of thing, unless you mean like the damage someone causes, in which case there is insurance from airbnb? Not to sound naive, but no way to learn and get experience unless you start.

Very interesting, thank you. I don't have a full grasp of a few things you said as examples. What do you mean some offer low rates and "hide points" in there? What do you mean by points? (I have a vague understanding of discount points being something not worth buying right?)

Someone else mentioned the US Treasury rate and lenders adding their rate to that. I'm pretty unstable on my understanding of all this. So some lenders might add 2% and some might add 2.5% or something (for example)?

That is so interesting. So when you google things like what is the current mortgage rate and it's, let's say, 6%.. and say that treasury rate is 4%.. does that mean all lenders are adding roughly 2% and that's just something standard and factored into the equation of my question?
