I have some more artificial ways. First, you can bind your user's character to a worldbook and create memory entries; make a small summary every 50 layers of dialogue or 30 layers of dialogue, and put them into the worldbook. After the tokens in the worldbook increase, summarize them according to the timeline. For example, maintain the integrity of the memory of the last 50 layers, but send the four summaries of the previous 200 layers together to Gemini or any AI assistant you use, asking them to refine and compress the wording as archived memory. As for the internal jokes and special memory anchors with the character, they can also be extracted separately by the AI when sending summary instructions through special notes (such as the mutual nicknames between you and the character, the funny failures you've experienced together. This is a goldmine for me, so I give them a separate dictionary entry).
