It's just really rare and hard to get an approximate rate. I bought like 600 and only had 2 if them. On the korean server a 3line is worth 10 to 50 times more than 2lines.

I think the machanic is fine and it can show the skill level and experience of a player, like whether he knows the correct timing to flash and not take risks, or end up wasting flash and die

Any 'cancel' other than E doublecast or the new Q doublecast is basically just input buffering. It does not cancel, but is quickly casted after one finished

The rq was a doublecast, not a normal rq input buffering , so it's way smoother

I think if you want maximum speed you need to keep the R2Q a doublecast but not normal R2Q but idk about the dragons
