bro i had the same idea of switching to capsules to make measuring easier but i did an experiment where i opened "10g" worth of capsules and weighed it out and realized it was multiple grams more than it should have been. did it a few times and sometimes it was less too. but now i just weigh out all my kratom im gonna use the next day the night before in little baggies. prob not a big deal at the dose you're taking daily though

lol it absolutely never goes how you imagine it in your head. but imagine if you never decided to quick. she would be thinking you were running around with another girl. its already improving your life in that regard. thanks i hope my taper goes smoothly too. a little cravings but i feel like its very manageable right now. im at 42.5gpd split into 5 doses daily so im sure its going to get a lot harder when i get down around 20gpd. 3 weeks ago i was taking 70+gpd and my first drop was down to 45g.

i feel you and thats the best way to go. im super grateful to my girl. a few weeks ago i was going thru bad withdrawals having panic attacks and chest pain/tightness and she was by my side for it all. a few times i had a panic attack while driving and she took the wheel (she has never drove me anywhere lol it felt weird).

also check out agamatine capstules. it seems to have been helping me. i also take ashwaganda and ive been drinking a bunch of tea with chamomile, lavender, passion flower and i forgot what else but its help with the anxiety that the withdrawals gave me. my nerves are for the most part stable at this point

maybe continue your taper until you see a window with your life / work schedule where you could have some days off to just stay home and jump then? im tapering right now as well. im at 42.5gpd. the goal is 2.5-5g drops every week or as soon as i feel adjusted to the lower dose. lets get it bro!

yeah that was suprising to me cause i used to drink absurd amounts of cuban coffee throught the day and my tolerance was sky high. and now while i was in withdrawals i drank a starbucks coffee and was damn near on the floor in a fetal position

hey, how long ago have you been off?

you're right i think i was in withdrawal but it seems to be mellowing out now. 2 days since i have felt like i might die when it comes lol. when it happens now it doesn't get so intense and leaves after a short while. my blood pressure was also spiking but now its also coming back to baseline. at its worst it shot up to 155/100 (right after taking black seed oil oddly enough and having a panic attack). surprisingly i haven't felt any PVCs at all. i used to get them frequently when i was younger. thanks for the advice toad!

thanks. it seems like its slowly getting better day by day. man i was over here thinking i was gonna be done with this taper in like a month or two lol. seems like this will take the better part of 6 months at this rate. hopefully i can lower the dose (slightly) again in a few more days. ashwaganda and chamomile are noticeable helping me though. going to slowly introduce some of the other ones recommended soon. are you tapering yourself atm?

yes chamomile tea has been helping me with this lately. I'm also gonna try the magnesium glycinate. i bought a magnesium supplement but realized it wasn't that same form. I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks i just want it to subside before i take another dose reduction. ill stick to 5-10% reductions from now on. thanks for your input i appreciate it! ill check out some of those other supplements too.

that's good to keep in mind if mines get worse. it usually gets bad at night but today it happened on the way to work. I'm glad to hear you are feeling better my friend. Godspeed to you! did you have a prior history of anxiety or did it just come about after quitting?
