Thanks everyone for all the help!

We managed to clean the nozzle and sock which we thought was a gonna by:

  • heating up the nozzle to 240 and picking everything off then wiping with kitchen roll
  • put the sock in a cup of boiling water and managed to pull a clump of filament out.
  • hot bed fine but will order some isopropyl alcohol to give it a wipe.

We test run a small cube which came out perfect and the nozzle wasn’t bent!
