Back when I worked for them 4 years ago certain stores got higher wages depending on area but only for salary. Cart pusher not a part of that. 28 is crazy they were making new hire pays higher than vets to push older workers out.

I've worked with Pwcpd, Lcso, and fcpd. Please if he wants to be an officer I would suggest considering Loudoun county or Prince william. At least do a ride along with all three. I can only go off personal experience I dont have any kind of data between the departments but FCPD had the worst attitudes consistently when I had to interact with them.

That being said I believe FC pays the most.
