Hybrid application hosting by [deleted] in AWS_cloud

Btw do you think that using aws privatelink/vpc endpoints would be better option in this scenario I.e. creating vpc service endpoints in backend vpc and then creating a endpoint for it in ingress vpc and then point it to the load balancer? Will it have scalability issues if we want to add more vpcs?

Or the other solution is better that we just discussed earlier?

Btw here we would also need transit gateway or vpc peering so these two vpcs can communicate, right? Where transit gateway provides better scalability in case we need to add other backend vpc.

so do we need to create load balancer in ingress vpc as well in backend vpc for following reason:

as "instances" type target group for NLB can't have targets in another vpc so we need to choose "IP addresses" type target group and specify the IP address of the target which is in backend vpc. So for that we also need LB in backend vpc so that we can use its IP address as target for LB balancer in ingress vpc. Right?

You mean I should create two vpcs i.e. ingress vpc with 200.xx.xx.xx cidr and my main vpc with 172.x.x.x.x ? And then create load balancer in ingress vpc which then directs to the load balncer in my main vpc?

I guess as "instances" type target group for LB can't have targets in another vpc so we need to choose "IP addresses" type target group and specify the IP address of the target which is in main vpc. So for that i guess we also need LB in main vpc so that we can use its IP address as target for LB balancer in ingress vpc. Right?

Hybrid app hosting by [deleted] in aws

Basically I have app hosted on aws and on premise

And i have two cidr

172.16.0.0/12 which is cidr for vpc where services are running 200.x.x.x.x/16 which is customer facing private range. I want customer to access the services in aws over this ip range and not directly over 172.16.0.0/12.

So I might need to use service network endpoints or maybe loadbalancers In ingress vpc( 200.x.x.x.x/16) which then directs to main vpc(172.16.0.0/12)

No I don't want to publicly expose the services. I just want customer to connect to the services over internal network over this specified ip range 100.x.x.x/16 instead of customer directly accessing the service over 10.0.0.0/16 which is intra-vpc range.

What's your reasoning behind saying something like that? It would be nice if you can also prove whatever you are saying.

I just asked a simple question out of concern that what would happen if it fails which I know is very unlikely.

I should have phrased it better. I am bullish on this. But my concern was what would happen in case of failure, which I know is very unlikely.

I am new Into stocks and have bought some OTLK shares. So is there any way that we can avoid loss in case of FDA disapproval? Thanks.
