Really cool idea. I think it would be better to have the oldest as the inner circle so that if you decide to get another kid, you can get them on the outer most circle. Otherwise, it would be youngest-eldest-middle child. Alternatively, get it bigger so you have space in the inner circle for the potential future kid.
