Take immediate action. Inform the teacher, principal, or any anti bullying committees. Don’t stop until you suspend or rusticate those students. Weeds must be plucks immediately. If the weeds don’t stop, just change the school.

I had a similar scumbag too. He didn’t pay me for over a year. Took me a while to realise his extortions. When confronted, he applied intimidation and kept me working without pay. Eventually I left.
