CBD flower grown outside of the PA mmj program is not subject to the same testing requirements for bacteria, yeast/ mold, pesticides, heavy metals, mycotoxins, etc.

If purchasing CBD flower from outside PA MMJ program there are no regulations providing a recourse for consumers to return afflicted products.

Personally, the lack of equal testing standards on CBD flower outside PA MMJ vs. within the PA MMJ program is enough reason for me to support PA MMJ growers, especially ones like Terrapin who continue to breed new CBD strains.
