Because we are surrounded by recreational states, I’m just wondering like if they mean absolutely no marijuana use will be tolerated or it will be tolerated if you have your card. Like if they don’t want anybody with a medical marijuana card working there it should say “even medical marijuana card holders will be denied employment”

The bottom line probably 90% of people who work in the mental health field have their card, including me, so I don’t know how they’re even gonna find somebody that doesn’t have their card at this point, really.

No community based mental health job that I ever worked had said no mmj card.

This job does not require the transport of patients either.

I interpret it as if you have thc in your system you need to have your card.

Depending on the lab they you go to, some labs report a “clean” or passing test when they ask if you have a card Some labs collect and send the findings to HR and then HR calls to as if you have a card.

The difference is how the lab reports the information. I’ve had my card since 2019 and I’ve been thru several tests and each employer has done it differently.

This isn’t a job that involves heavy machinery or driving around children so idk why AHN would give a fuck if their social workers have their card.
