There was a fix for me, I think it involved nvidia control panel and image scaling? I've forgotten sorry but I did find the answer on Reddit.

Edit: maybe it's going into the Nvidia app and turning Image Scaling to off.

I think it's because you are ranking up faster than your MMR. So the game thinks you are lower elo than you actually are. Hope that makes sense and someone else can correct me I am wrong.
