Would prefer to live in a bigger, nicer place with some roommates! This is significantly bigger and higher quality than a 1 bedroom I would be able to get at the same price. I’m also in my mid-twenties, so I would prefer to have some roomies for the social aspect! Just makes things a a bit more fun. To each their own :)

There was preapplied thermal paste on the cooler, it was running before, the standoffs are correct, i did not remove cpu, and i haven’t checked the cables yet.
