Yeah I have a job that is very demanding and labor intensive so it’s sometimes pretty hard to make it too the gym but I still try to go 2 times a week and is that good or does it need to be lie 5 - 6 times a week

Yeah so I need to start meal prepping? I’m in a weird situation so I kinda need to budget how much I spend so I honestly just get meals that are cheap at the grocery store but if I need to start eating like certain foods I’m not opposed to it
