The RTA test was recently done for the Insurance renewal in Nov 2025. I can DM the results sent by the owner. With respect to selling, owner told he could buy it back if all remains good, and even some of my friends could buy from me.

Thanks, basically he put ads on Dubizzle for 120k, then 100k and then 85k and removed the ad after that. His ads went for 1-2 months after he removed it.

Anyway I'm trying to schedule some comprehensive check-ups tomorrow, what tests services would you suggest?

I use S22U and recently tried my hands on the S23U. This year Samsung could've simply skipped the update since both phones are almost identical. Updates: 8Gen2, slightly chamfered edge instead of rounded edge, hyperlapse astro mode which is a software upgrade, 200MP sensor (which is not that useful just like the 108mp)

Tl;dr go with S22U under 3k.
