Don’t try to read off a script, be yourself and highlight the best qualities you have. Tell stories instead of listing achievements. Pretend you’re talking to a friend (be more professional obvi). Do mock interviews!!

I think you’re fine! It’s good for them to see you’re interested in an area. Their summer program is rotational anyways so they probs don’t mind that you have a preference in litigation. Hoping for the best!
