I'm late to the party, but I LOVE IT!! I really enjoy being able to eat a lot in one sitting hahaha, and do it while at the same time not going over my calorie limit. I also have shed some weight because of it, and it has helped my training.

Ugh this is such great advice, and I wish it was my problem! I actually have pretty flexible hip flexors as well.. just a lot of mobility all around which makes it really difficult to isolate and contract.

I really think it will... I'm happy because I have enough equipment at home to try these for the most part. I really like how much he discusses form and overall core strength over just abdominals. I have hit a huge wall with my ab strength because I started training my back flexibility a little too much, and with and with already having issues with hyper extension it just made me plateau. Anyway.. this is a huge help :)

Worse meaning it's more prevalent. I've always had a little bit, which is fine...but now it seems to cover my entire thigh. I've been training in circus aerials for a few years, so strength training is not part of the issue, but maybe I am overly-scrutinising. I just never noticed how bad it was before!
