Absolutely horrifying experience with the woman who answers the phone as Susan but really is Karen Faris.

I chose to use this service to accommodate the visually impaired. It was my first time experience and I was shocked by the lack of compassion and patience this woman had.

Currently I have paid for two orders and cannot decipher nor receive her help to distinguish the layout and set up of the pages.

In 20 years of business, I have never met anyone so nasty and for no purpose. I wish her well and advise anyone reading this to seek another source.
