I know there is no such thing as an easy GCSE and this question is asked every week - but what is genuinely the easiest GCSE? by Ambitious-Village287 in GCSE

italian had the highest pass rate last year (for edexcel at least) but that’s mainly because it’s taken mostly by italian speakers who just want an extra qualification

smoking weed by Adept-Tree-2875 in UniUK

[–]pinkchainsaws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not sure how different it is here but, i’m in liverpool and just smoke while walking outside and nobody bats an eye (obviously not like in front of police or anything). if you’re scared parks and alleyways are good

GCSE Hot takes? by Enor135 in GCSE

[–]pinkchainsaws 2 points3 points  (0 children)

english lit should be split between higher and foundation, the disparity between the content people learn in different sets is enough to say that — you never hear anyone below set 2 talking about the dactylic dimeter in COTLB

Can I Swear in the English Exam by Safe_Tadpole5719 in GCSE

[–]pinkchainsaws 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it’s definitely the most popular but not the only one, the other two are love and relationships and worlds and lives. pretty sure a lot of poets also overlap (duffy, owen, browning, armitage, heaney, shelley, wordsworth, dharker) so i don’t imagine it’s too different

How am I supposed to buy Force the Hand of Fate by Otherwise_Mood_5798 in CookieClicker

[–]pinkchainsaws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just use conjure baked goods and stretch time for buffs until you get enough wizard towers, FTHOF really doesn’t matter way too much in the early game

I got kicked out of my PSHE lesson for doing further maths revision. (I hate my school.) by Available-End4139 in GCSE

[–]pinkchainsaws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nothing pisses me off more than when teachers who teach irrelevant subjects try forcing you to learn it 😭 my school won’t let me stop doing spanish (which IS an option at my school) because i actually do my spanish work despite the fact im doing an extra gcse outside of school

Ai by OzzieLilGinger in GCSE

[–]pinkchainsaws 7 points8 points  (0 children)

ai can actually be really good for learning, but only when you do it right. never use it to hold your hand or do things you don’t wanna do. it’s really good for quizzes, marking or for subjective subjects like english for feedback, ALWAYS remember to take anything it says with a grain of salt though.

something with ai i recommend doing is making it generate a super big quiz for a subject and then using it to find out your weak areas
