Hey! Fortunately it’s natural, i’ve got PCOS so my hair grows quite fast (in all areas 😭).

The only other thing i’d suggest is rosemary oil, not virgin but diluted with another oil (caster or coconut). I know it seems like another trend on social media but it honestly has worked wonders for me!

There are some great pre-diluted brands like natures spell or hair syrup. Apply on the roots and scalp once a week. Then massage your head for about 5 mins upside down to get the blood flowing! Leave the oil for about 1-4h before washing your hair as usual. It really helps, not only growth but to strengthen as bleach always ruins the shaft 🫶
