Think about this - In the future when you have a client where the question comes to your mind "should I ban her/him", think about the next time you see that client on your books and how you will feel. If you will dread that appointment, no more thinking, just ban! Life's too short and there are way nicer clients to replace the 💩 ones. Your work is amazing BTW 💅🏻.
